Guardian Plug & Abandonment's Carbon Credit Generation Process and Project Pitch with Michael Goodman

Bio: Michael Goodman is the General Manager of Guardian Plug & Abandonment and a licensed Professional Geologist in Texas. Out of college, Michael entered the environmental investigation and remediation space, working on cleaning up legacy oilfield sites primarily in Louisiana. Over the last year and a half, Michael has led Guardian Plug & Abandonment to be one of the very few first carbon credit project developers in the plug & abandonment space. Michael has completed carbon credit projects from plugging wells with CarbonPath and BCarbon. Michael is also a Qualified Measurement Specialist and has conducted methane emissions monitoring from wellheads for the Texas Railroad Commission, the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement on wells in the Gulf of Mexico, and for an ACR carbon credit project.
